FAQ's
How many people will do my clean?
We send a minimum of two people but there might be a third if we have a new cleaner in training.
How long will it take to clean my home?
This depends on the size of your home. We set a minimum time of 1 hour but it could take 2 or up to 5 hours if the house is very large.
Do you use your own products?
Not normally. If you want us to use our own products, we would charge a supplemental fee of £5 per clean.
Are the all the cleaners DBS checked?
We are currently in the process of getting all of our cleaners DBS checked.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we are.
Do I have to be at home?
No you don't. In fact, it's easier to clean your home if there is no one present at the time of the clean.
What happens when I go on holiday?
You can cancel your clean if you're going on holiday. If you're going to be away for more than two weeks, we suggest keeping one scheduled clean in the diary.
What happens if I am not happy with my clean?
We will send the team back free of charge to fix what you're not happy with as long as you contact us within 24 hours of the appointment to let us know there was a problem.
